True Blood Season 1

 

Episode 1 “Straight Love”

In the town of Bon Temps, Louisiana, a telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse meets the vampire Bill Compton who’s then attacked by the Rattrays. Sookie rescues him, after which realizes their mutual attraction.    Later on, after work, Sookie’s attacked by the Rattrays for revenge.

 

Episode 2 “The First Taste”

Sookie received rough beating from the Rattrays but are then killed by Bill. Jason is released due to absence of concrete evidence. He later hooks up with Dawn, another waitress and the next morning, she left for work leaving Jason tied up on bed. Sookie heard the fatal accident of Reverend Newlin, founder of an anti-vampire church, together with his family. She rushes to Bill’s house only to find out other three vampires.

 

Episode 3 “Mine”

To save Sookie from Malcolm, Liam and Diane, Bill announces that Sookie is his human, claiming “Sookie is mine”. Because of that incident, Sookie becomes suspicious on her connection with Bill. Later, Sam asks Sookie to drop by at Dawn’s house since she didn’t come to work and come across Dawn’s dead body on her bed.

 

Episode 4 “Escape from Dragon House”

Sookie shouts for help when Jason came. Andy Bellefleur arrested Jason again for interrogation. Adele advised Sookie to use her telepathic power to find evidences but to no avail. Bill offers help and takes her to Fangtasia, a vampire bar in Shreveport. There she meets Eric Northman, a Viking vampire and reveals to sleep with Dawn. When she sensed a police raid on Fangtasia, they managed to quickly escape.

 

Episode 5 “Sparks Fly Out”

Bill goes to Sheriff Bud Dearborne and Andy to explain his view about the series of murders. He said that vampires are not the murderers since the victims aren’t “drained” of blood. After Sookie’s date with Sam, she leaves for home and saw her grandmother lying on the floor dead.

 

Episode 6 “Cold Ground”

Due to Sookie’s grief over her granny’s death, she went into Bill’s house. While both are naked, Sookie allows Bill to do it so he extends his fangs and started to drink.

Episode 7 “Burning House of Love

After her romance with Bill, Sookie’s mood returned to normal. At the moment, Malcolm, Diane and  Liam destroyed the restaurant but then, stops when Bill arrived and agrees with them to stop dealing with human. It left Sookie heartbroken. Chuck, Wayne and Royce plan to kill the vampires out for revenge, so they burned the house where the three vampires are residing.

Episode 8 “The Fourth Man in the Fire”

After the fire incident, Mike Spencer, the coroner, recognizes the fourth body to be Neil, his assistant and a “fang banger”. At that moment, Bill saw Eric who intends to ask Sookie for help. Sookie went to Fangtasia where Eric plans on meeting her but a vampire suddenly attacks her.

Episode 9  “Plaisir d’Amour”

Bill comes and kills Sookie’s assailant. After that, Bill bid goodbye to Sookie as he is about to attend a vampire tribunal for killing another vampire. Meanwhile, Andy confronts Sam who gives false statements about naturist colony. He then disappears and a dog runs off out the bar. Sookie notices the dog and takes it at home. That night, she got terrified to see Sam naked below her bed.

Episode 10 “I Don’t Wanna Know”

Sookie shocked by the incident but Sam admits being a shapeshifter. In Bill’s tribunal, the Magister decides a punishment for him: to turn a young lady named Jessica into a vampire. Bill agreed and he starts feeding on her.

Episode 11 “To Love is to Bury”

The vampire tribunal is a success and Jessica becomes one of them. Because of Bill’s absence, Sam and Sookie start to get closer. At Sookie’s house, the two are kissing when Bill turn up and attacks Sam. Due to the incident, Sookie left angry and closes the door on him.

 

Episode 12 “You’ll Be the Death of Me”

While Sookie is trying hard to start her car, Rene, one of Jason’s road crew, arrives and offers her a ride. Upon arriving home, she uncovers Rene’s secret as she reads his mind. She rushes to cemetery with Rene trying to kill her; here comes Bill and Sam for her aid and ends decapitating Rene.

Title: “Strange Love”
Summary: Taking place two years after the revelation that vampires walk among us, Sookie Stackhouse, a telepathic waitress in Merlotte’s Bar in Bon Temps, Louisiana, meets vampire Bill Compton, a newcomer to  the small town. She’s immediately attracted, in part because she can’t read his mind, and she’s called into action when Bill is attacked by locals. Meanwhile, Sookie’s brother Jason is arrested for murdering a local “fang banger” (someone who sleeps with vampires), and Sookie’s volatile friend Tara comes to work with her for their boss, Sam Merlotte.

Title: “The First Taste”
Summary: Bill rescues Sookie from the people who attacked him earlier, giving her some of his blood to heal her wounds — which leaves her with odd side effects. She invites him to meet her family, and she meets his vampire friends. As the two get to know each other, however, Bill must fight his vampiric urges. Elsewhere, Tara deals with her mother’s alcoholism, and a new church threatens the vampires.

Title: “Mine”
Summary: Bill wards off his fellow vampires by laying claim to Sookie. Jason seeks the help of Lafayette, Merlotte’s cook, for his problems in bed. Meanwhile, Tara and Sam provide each other comfort in ways they never imagined.

Title: “Escape from Dragon House”
Summary: When Jason is arrested for another murder, Sookie seeks to use her powers to find the real killer. Bill takes her to the vampire bar Fangtasia, where she meets Eric (Alexander SkarsgĂĄrd), a Viking vampire who is the most powerful bloodsucker in the area. Jason suffers the effects of taking vampire blood.

Summary: Bill reveals details about his past life as a Confederate soldier in the Civil War. Trying vampire blood again, Jason finds himself drawn to Tara. Sookie and Sam go on a date.

Summary: Sookie seeks solace from Bill and her friends after facing a tragedy. Jason suffers from withrawal from the “V juice.” As Tara deals with her drunk mother, she and Sam share a connection.

Summary: Bill learns of Sookie’s painful past and jumps into action. Jason meets a woman named Amy in Fangtasia as he searches for V juice to feed his desire. A group of locals attack Bill’s vampire associates.

Summary: Sookie braces herself for more tragedy. Tara is amazed at her mother’s progress and considers drastic steps herself. Amy shows a darker side to Jason when the V juice runs dry. Sookie agrees to help Eric catch a thief.

Summary: Bill must pay for breaking a vampire code of behavior and asks Sam to look after Sookie while he’s gone. Jason reluctantly drains a vampire named Eddie at Amy’s suggestion. Tara contemplates an exorcism.

Title: “I Don’t Wanna Know”
Summary: Sam reveals his secret to Sookie. Jason and Amy try to decide what to do with Eddie. Arlene and Rene have their engagement party at Merlotte’s, but the killer decides to pick that time to strike. Bill goes on trial.

Title: To Love Is to Bury
Summary: Bill fulfills the requirements of his punishment but must deal with unexpected results. Sookie and Sam try to track the killer. Tara is rescued by a good Samaritan. Lafayette pulls a surprise on an anti-vampire Senator. Jason finds himself in trouble with the law…again.

Title: You’ll Be the Death of Me
Summary: Sookie finds ties between the murders, and Bill must protect her. Sam encounters an old acquaintance. Jason turns over a new leaf after a jailhouse experience.
